This is my background, it's where I grew up. I'm happy to be able to provide the dirt trackers with my knowledge and ability to set up bikes and win races. I set up all types of forks and shocks from mini bikes to vintage to the Grand National bikes. The onset of DTX conversions has been a big part of my business but is nothing new to me. I've been doing DTX conversions since the mid 80's, long before the term DTX came around and before I actually became a business.

All service work includes oil. Does not include parts such as seals, wipers, and bushings. DTX conversions are priced with springs included. Return shipping is charged to customer.

Ride Height Adjusters

	Durelle Racing Products introduces an innovative product that allows you to adjust your rear ride height without affecting the leverage ratio or changing your shock travel. This product replaces the stock clevis or eyelet and can be installed without disassembling your shock. Depending on the model of your bike you can either lower or raise your ride height as much as 2 inches on some models. Adjustment is done by the unique patented design that allows you to access the adjuster and change your ride height without removing your shock.
	This product is a great for tuning your chassis for any racing application as well as utilizing it to lower your bike for the trail. Davey has tested this product throughout last years race season and used it to help win the 2006 International Pikes Peak Hill Climb.
			The tools are provided and are small enough to fit into a fanny pack.

My Goal was to make the best shock available for the money! I want to provide the racers with a shock that will work for them and allow their bikes to handle better. Ultimately a better handling bike is a SAFER BIKE!

Adjustable Rebound
Allows you to adjust the rebound speed of your shock for changing track conditions and different spring rates.

Quick Pinch Adjustable Preload Collar
Allows for quick adjustment to spring preload.

Piston
Piston is made from 6061 anodized aluminum. A Teflon piston ring is used to reduce friction and wear.

Valving
I used the Shim style valving. It is the most modern style valving available and it is the most tunable. These shocks are tuned for the rider and application. They can be easily changed for other riders or different mounting applications.


Internal Oil/Air Separator
Internally there is an aluminum-floating piston that keeps the nitrogen gas separate from the damping oil. This allows for more consistences in the damping throughout the race.


Steel body
Steel body construction was designed to reduce wear and oil contamination.


Swivel bearings
Swivel bearings are installed at each end of shock to reduce binding as shock goes through its travel. Also allows for different size inserts to be installed for different mounting applications.


Shock Travel
Shocks are designed to have more travel so your suspension can absorb the bump rather then be bottomed out.
